Client Profile:  A top U.S. Health Insurer

Challenge:  Our client was embarking on new initiative that could potentially transform the way they service customers.  This included the development of a new system to support the Sales & Underwriting efforts of the company.  This group did not have an existing QA organization to handle this mission critical initiative. 

Solution:  SQA was hired to provide a Custom-Made Team to supplement Cigna's  Testing Leadership and resources.  SQA also made significant contributions towards establishing on boarding training materials and the construction of best practices within this new QA organization.

Impact:  Early stage applicate functionality was validated and critcal milestone achieved as a 40-person organization was scaled in three months.  "The partnership we had made that team very successful.  I look forward to working with you again in the future."
