Challenge: Our client needed immediate assistance to ensure quality throughout the life cycle for new and legacy applications. Their IT group was already working at full capacity due to recent growth, and needed to signifcantly scale resources for new projects.  There were concerns that the volume of hiring would also be a drain on internal staff.

Solution: SQA provided a Custom Made Team of 10 QA Business Analysts who quickly identified resources, qualified their technical and soft skills, and provided Mercury tool training prior to deployment.
