Management Team

Mark McPhillips -  As President/Chief Executive Officer, Mark executes the strategic plan and direction for SQA. His leadership, management and vision ensure that we have what we need to effectively grow the organization in ways that make sense for our clients, and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

Rob Lanza -  Rob's role as Senior Vice President of Client Services means that his team is responsible for listening closely to all of our clients and making sure they have what they need to succeed. Rob's team also support SQA's business development by executing our marketing plan, which includes managing our website as well as all branding for the organization.

Derek Morton -  As SQA's Senior Vice President of Strategic Development, Derek fosters and manages strategic alliances, acquisitions and partnerships. He expands our current offerings and implements new strategies, growing SQA in ways that directly benefit our clients. Derek networks within the industry to identify trends, build relationships and develop alternative revenue vehicles to keep us – and our clients – ahead of the curve.

Steve DzwonekAs Director of SQA's Solutions Group, Steve leads a team that is comprised of three core practice areas focusing on the complex challenges our customers face. These practitioners provide strategy and planning services, oversee projects and engagements, hands-on expertise, and the thought leadership that differentiates SQA.

Ray Fournier -  SQA's IT | IS Director, Ray's organization architects, implements and supports the infrastructure and technologies that make customer demand response possible. Ray ensures the reliability of SQA's internal IT operations, lab environments, CRM, and a host of additional business driven systems.

Kerry Parent -  As SQA's Human Resources Manager, Kerry is responsible for ensuring that the human assets, our people, are receiving the training, tools and career development skills necessary to provide best-in-class services. Her team also drives the key back office functions that our customers depend on.
