What does it mean to us when we say we are a "QA Services" company?  It means finding the optimal balance between achieving the highest possible quality while meeting bottom-line business objectives.  We take a pragmatic, risk-based approach to quality that enters into a partnership with business and development stakeholders to get business functionality in the hands of end users in a timely manner.

For some, QA is just that – “assuring quality,” or maybe simply accepting an unnecessary bottleneck.  At SQA, however, we believe it’s something much deeper, we believe QA and Testing is about always striving for improvement that enables business and reduces costly inefficiencies.

Software Quality Associate's approach starts with a careful review of our clients’ business processes (organizational, infrastructure, supply chains - everything) and, just as importantly, those of their customers (in particular how they interact with our clients’ business processes).
