Client Profile:  A Florida based provider of Human Resources services.

Challenge:  To maintain and increase market share, our client outsourced the redesign of a business critical portal.  A series of development defects forced the project in-house. 

Solution:  SQA provided a Custom Made Team to implement quality processes that limited "scope creep", implemented traceability, developed new reporting matrixes and thoroughly tested the portal.  SQA's Performance Practice worked with the client to perform performance and load testing to ensure that the portal would scale and manage 3,000 concurrent users.

Impact:  The successful release of the portal was shown to be in direct correlation with the company hitting record stock prices of $30.23 per share, up from $24 for the same period.
