Challenge:  A merger causes code base production instabilities that reduce the reliability of product shipments and billing systems and result in customer confidence erosion.

Solution:  SQA was hired to assess the organizations IT Business model aimed at seeking out opportunities to improve the overall SDLC model. SQA provided recommendations on processes improvement,  improved communication, better compliance to SOx and HIPPA regulations, Development best practices and change management.

Impact:  Production reliability, data security and patient experience has improved more than 33% in less than 60 days. The production availability had increased to over 98%. With a stronger infrastructure in place,  our client is able to now set expectations, assess risk and perform risk mitigation.  Within 6 months the reliability of production had increased over 99%.
