Assessment Methodology
An SQA Assessment follows a multi-step approach:
- We start with a plan that defines the scope and schedule of the assessment.
- During discovery, we conduct interviews and review documentation and systems.
- Next, findings and recommendations are documented.
- Finally, we work with you to develop final reports and game plans.
Throughout the assessment, our commitment to communication sets SQA apart from other companies. We involve you in each step through status reports and a process we call Diagnostic Reviews™.
Diagnostic Reviews™ take place throughout the life of the assessment and actively involve our sponsors and other stakeholders. Through these reviews the final result becomes something you can and will really use to influence decision makers and effect meaningful change.
Through your active involvement in the assessment process, you are able to directly influence the areas reviewed and align the descriptions and recommendations to your corporate culture.
Where full assessments are not appropriate, SQA can provide a tailored Review of a specific process area within a QA or testing program, or a product life cycle.
