Engagement Management

Engagement Management describes the project oversight that our Solutions Group professionals provide for a variety of testing and QA projects. An Engagement Manager (EM) ensures that the team on the ground is performing to our and your standards, and that they meet your specific project needs.

Having an Engagement Manager assigned to your project is like having a second set of senior management eyes and senior technical hands. Working closely with the project team leaders, the EM participates in a number of ways:

  • Developing and reviewing strategies and plans
  • Reviewing status and monitoring the resolution of issues
  • Mentoring individuals and assisting in hiring
  • Consulting on industry practices and guiding technical solutions
  • Making sure the team integrates into your project methodology and corporate culture

An EM provides you with a direct channel of access into SQA's entire Solutions Group for consultation on challenging issues of project management, QA and testing technology, and process improvement. The Engagement Manager works upfront and behind the scenes to ensure the successful execution of your strategies and projects.
