Management Team
Mark McPhillips – As President/Chief Executive Officer, Mark executes the strategic plan and direction for SQA. His leadership, management and vision ensure that we have what we need to effectively grow the organization in ways that make sense for our clients, and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
Rob Lanza – Rob's role as Senior Vice President of Client Services means that his team is responsible for listening closely to all of our clients and making sure they have what they need to succeed. Rob's team also support SQA's business development by executing our marketing plan, which includes managing our website as well as all branding for the organization.
Tony Troppito – As Senior Vice President of Professional Services and CTO, Tony manages our Solutions Group, a team of industry professionals that manage and execute projects in the areas of manual & automated testing, quality assurance, life cycle development, load & performance testing, tool implementation, and assessments. The industry knowledge and extensive QA and Testing experience found in the Solutions Group give SQA a distinct advantage as we address our client's quality and testing challenges.
Fred V. Alexander – Serving as SQA's Senior Vice President of Consulting Services, Fred manages delivery and fulfillment of our entire spectrum of service offerings. In this role, Fred oversees the team that develops, delivers and manages our consultants. He is also responsible for developing and executing the strategy and best practices for that team, ensuring that all of SQA is empowered to provide our clients with a consistently high level of service.
Derek Morton – As SQA's Senior Vice President of Strategic Development, Derek fosters and manages strategic alliances, acquisitions and partnerships. He expands our current offerings and implements new strategies, growing SQA in ways that directly benefit our clients. Derek networks within the industry to identify trends, build relationships and develop alternative revenue vehicles to keep us – and our clients – ahead of the curve.
