SQA Visual Claim
Released in January 2008, Visual Claim is SQA's proprietary Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) RIMS ECSIF claims test-data management system, built upon Microsoft .NET technologies.
Created as the gold standard for our insurance clients, Visual Claim has a three-tiered architecture:
- The front end is built upon Microsoft Office technologies and supports Microsoft Excel, Access, and/or Microsoft InfoPath.
- The middle tier is built upon Microsoft .NET Webservices, a public and fully-documented platform.
- The back end is built upon Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and makes extensive use of its XML (eXtensible Markup Language) and XQuery capabilities, as well as its more traditional relational capabilities.
What does that mean for you? Simply put, with SQA's Visual Claim you can convert claims between different versions of ECSIF format, and even transform a claim from one inbound or outbound version to another as if one of your trading partners had modified it!
