Engagement Management
Engagement management describes the project oversight that our Solutions Group professionals provide for a variety of testing and QA projects. An Engagement Manager (EM) ensures that the team on the ground is performing to our and your standards, and that they meet your specific project needs.
Custom Made Teams
SQA's Custom Made Teams (CMTs) are project-specific teams reporting directly to one of SQA's Senior QA Leads. SQA takes responsibility for staffing these teams and integrating them into your projects. You retain overall management control while SQA takes on responsibilities like day-to-day project leadership, hiring and retiring of resources, and dealing with cross-functional organizations for project integration and IT support.
